Abandoned Vehicle Auctions

Action and Custom Towing hold Abandoned Vehicle Auctions approximately every two weeks depending on quantity of vehicles.  Auctions are open to the public.  We do have a few rules that must and will be followed:

Auction Rules

  • Sales are Cash Only
    Due in full one hour following the auction.
    If not paid in full the vehicle will be then sold to the second bidder and first bidder will be asked not to return to future auctions.
  • Vehicles are sold As Is
    We do not help service, get them to run, or supply anything that the vehicle might require to be removed from our lot.
    We do offer fair rates for towing.
  • Vehicles are to be removed by 5:00pm
    Vehicles left after 5:00pm will be considered abandoned.
    After 5:00pm abandoned vehicles will be sold to second bidder and first bidder will be asked not to return to future auctions.
  • Watch your children!!
    Please do not allow your children to run freely amongst the auction vehicles or parking lot.
    We will not be responsible for any injury or damage incurred by your neglect of your children.
  • No pets allowed!!
  • Anyone caught tampering with, stealing from, and/or vandalizing any vehicle will be asked to leave and future privileges will be revoked.

  • February 4, 2012
    Bidding begins promptly at 11:05am, viewing begins at 9:30am.
